Unique Experiences and Memorabilia Up for Auction

To support humanitarian efforts in Gaza, British film and television stars have launched an auction featuring one-of-a-kind experiences and items.

  • Bedtime story from Tilda Swinton
  • Porridge-making lesson from Josh O’Connor
  • Virtual tea with Joseph Quinn from “Stranger Things”
  • Restorative drink with Alison Oliver from “Saltburn”
  • Astrology chat with Aimee Lou Wood from “Sex Education”

IRL Experiences

  • Tickets to Ramy Youssef’s comedy show, afterparty, and meet-and-greet

  • Doctor Who scripts
  • “The Iron Claw” posters with doodles by Harris Dickinson

The auction was organized by a group of UK filmmakers and journalists who believe in the power of art to support social causes. They emphasize the importance of raising funds for Medical Aid for Palestine (MAP), whose work is crucial in the face of Israel’s bombardment of Gaza.

Solidarity with Palestine

Cinema for Gaza is part of a wider movement of artists expressing solidarity with Palestine. At the Oscars, many celebrities wore Artists for Ceasefire buttons, and director Jonathan Glazer drew parallels between the Holocaust and the current situation in Gaza.

Auction Details

The auction runs from April 2 to April 12. Proceeds will go directly to MAP to support their humanitarian efforts in Gaza.
