What is Connections?

Connections is the latest word game from the New York Times. It’s a game where you find the “common threads” between words. Just like Wordle, Connections resets daily, and the puzzles get harder each day.

How to Play

The game features 16 words, grouped into four categories. Your goal is to find the four words that share something in common within each category.

Today’s Categories

  • Yellow (easiest): Intelligence Operative
  • Green: Units in Poetry
  • Blue: Express Indirectly

  • Purple: What “K” Might Mean

Tips

  • Shuffle the board: This can help you spot connections more easily.
  • Pay attention to the colors: Yellow is the easiest category, followed by green, blue, and purple.
  • Don’t get discouraged: If you don’t get it today, there will be a new puzzle tomorrow.
